Senior Manager – Business Digital Process Automation

We are seeking a senior leader in automation and AI to drive transformative process improvement across Visas global operations. This role goes beyond project managementit requires deep expertise in automation platforms AI-driven solutions and digital transformation strategy.

You will lead end-to-end automation initiatives from discovery to deployment leveraging tools like Power Automate Power Apps UiPath Blue Prism and emerging AI technologies. Acting as a thought leader you will influence senior stakeholders shape automation strategy and deliver measurable business impact.

What we expect of you day to day:

• Own the automation strategy for key business processes aligning with Visas digital transformation goals.
• Lead discovery workshops and advanced process analysis to identify automation opportunities across commercial and operational workflows.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions integrating with existing systems and ensuring scalability.
• Drive Power Platform adoption (Power Automate Power Apps) and champion best practices for citizen development.
• Build business cases for automation initiatives demonstrating ROI and efficiency gains to senior leadership.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver secure compliant automation solutions.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes using data-driven insights and AI indicators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives on automation trends AI capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Lead change management to ensure successful adoption and cultural shift toward automation-first thinking.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

What were after...

• Hands-on experience with leading automation platforms (UiPath Blue Prism Power Automate) and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in process automation.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale automation programs not just managing projects.
• Experience in digital transformation strategy within large matrix organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Familiarity with governance compliance and security in automation projects.
• Degree in technology engineering or business; advanced certifications in automation or AI preferred.
