Job Summary
As our next Food & Beverage Manager you will take the lead in all F&B operations overseeing the day-to-day running of our restaurant bar room service and breakfast operations. Youll ensure seamless service motivate your team and keep both guests and profits smiling.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily F&B service delivery with a strong hands-on presence
- Leading training and motivating the F&B team including supervisors
- Coordinating with Kitchen Front Office Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
- Monitoring service standards hygiene licensing compliance and guest satisfaction
- Overseeing inventories F&B cost control menus purchasing and maintenance
- Participating in weekly Head of Department meetings and supporting Duty Management shifts as needed
- Supporting recruitment onboarding and performance reviews within your team
- Analysing key metrics (revenue staffing costs) and adjusting operations accordingly
- Being a role model for Accors service culture and values
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience managing or supervising hotel F&B operations
- Is highly organised guest-focused and team-oriented
- Understands cost control food safety stock management and licensing compliance
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Is confident working with digital systems (Opera TARS stock platforms etc.)
- Is flexible and available to support early late and weekend shifts as per rota
- Has a proactive solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Has the right to work in the UK and fluency in English
