We are is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tendering Engineer to join our tendering this role you will assist in the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids for various construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience in the tendering process and grow within a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents including technical specifications bill of quantities and cost estimates.
- Gather and analyze data including project drawings specifications and requirements to ensure accurate tender submissions.
- Assist in the development of detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Work with the procurement team to obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate complete and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of post-tender documentation and clarifications.
- Conduct market research to gather information on current industry trends pricing and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
Basic understanding of tendering processes cost estimation and construction project management.
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
