Were seeking a collaborative forward-thinking nursing leader who is passionate about developing teams driving quality outcomes and leading transformational initiatives that support organizational growth.

Scope of Leadership:

• 150 FTE across 3 units with strong frontline engagement
• 12 highly engaged supervisors 2 promoted-from-within managers
• Dedicated unit-based educator supporting all teams
• Units recognized for excellence including the highest Daisy Award nominations in the hospital last quarter

Units:

• 5 North Med-Surg/Telemetry (Oncology & Respiratory)
  38 licensed beds Newly telemetry-capable

• 6 North Acute Rehabilitation (Top 7 in CA Newsweek)
  23 licensed beds Collaborative medical director & rehab team

• 7 North Med-Surg Orthopedics
  38 licensed beds Telemetry expansion planned this year
