38 licensed beds Newly telemetry-capable
6 North Acute Rehabilitation (Top 7 in CA Newsweek)
23 licensed beds Collaborative medical director & rehab team
7 North Med-Surg Orthopedics
38 licensed beds Telemetry expansion planned this year

- Lead theexpansion of telemetry services on 7 North a major growth initiative
- Support exceptional Top-7 rehab outcomes in California
- Champion shared governance through unit-based councils
- Develop the next generation of nurse leaders formal and informal
- Drive performance improvement in falls reduction quality metrics and patient experience
- Contribute directly to hospital census growth and OR service line optimization
- Partner with teams focused on achieving publishable clinical excellence
