Job Summary

Shift:2nd Hours: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
Type:Full-Time Mode: Direct Placement

Our Client is seeking aCNC Bending Operatorto join their sheet metal fabrication team. The Candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC bending machines performing production runs ensuring quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the CNC department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines ( machine knowledge a plus).
- Assist in debugging operational or programming issues for high-quality laser-cut parts.
- Inspect parts according to blueprints and ensure quality before passing to the next work center.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers protractors and tape measures.
- Support CNC department operations and special projects to meet quality and production timelines.
- Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Maintain bending machines tools and work area in good condition through 5S and TPM activities.
- Participate in daily shop floor management meetings and actively contribute to SYNCHRO Plus activities (SFM TK IK).
- Assist with continuous improvement tasks and department initiatives.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience operating CNC bending equipment required.
- Prior manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
