Job Summary

Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity and Compliance) to join our Global Technology clients Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) division. This fully remote opportunity is perfect for a highly organized detail-driven leader with deep expertise in Agile program management cybersecurity and compliance frameworks. Youll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive alignment visibility and execution excellence across multiple security and compliance initiatives at one of the worlds most innovative technology companies.

  1. Azure DevOps Agile Tracking and Scrum Mastery (10 years): Manage Agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog prioritization for multiple engineering teams.

  3. Data Explorer and Data Governance Expertise (10 years): Skilled in analyzing managing and migrating data across platforms in security and compliance environments.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of engineering cybersecurity and compliancedriving high-impact initiatives that safeguard systems and data for a global enterprise. As the Technical Program Manager youll ensure that security and compliance efforts are transparent trackable and aligned across multiple teams making a tangible difference in operational excellence and risk reduction.

How you will make an impact:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for the team facilitating daily standups retrospectives sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Prioritize and manage cybersecurity-related work across multiple engineering teams ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Track remediation milestones dependencies and risks using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to present progress and compliance metrics to leadership.
  • Coordinate readiness activities for quarterly compliance and accessibility reviews.
  • Maintain process rigor and audit-readiness by ensuring accurate tracking and documentation in ADO boards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering leads DRIs and program owners to align remediation and compliance activities.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for monthly compliance business reviews.

The expertise you bring:

  • 5 years of experience in technical program management preferably within cybersecurity compliance or regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of security controls and frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53 NIST AI RMF or ISO 27001.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment during sprint planning and manage compliance backlogs.
  • Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and leveraging ADO for program tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.
