We serve over half of the worldwide merchant fleet with products and services and supply crew and technical management for some of the most complex vessels in the world.
To support our team we are now looking for a new colleague to join us as Intercompany Specialist.
Support us with:
Calculation of intercompany fees
Issuing intercompany invoices
Analyzing intercompany accounts
Intercompany profit & loss and balance sheet reconciliation
Report intercompany figures according to group guidelines
Assist in the financial monthly and year-end closing process
Maintaining excellent customer relationships through effective and timely communication in the event of queries or disputes
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Masters or bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
Very good knowledge of Excel
Communicative English (minimum B2 level) which apart from carrying out everyday tasks allows you to interact with people from different parts of the world
Experience in General Ledger Account Payables or Account Receivables accounting (nice to have)
Previous experience in Intercompany department or SSC/BPO environment is an advantage
