The Role
The Treasury Manager will lead and execute the global treasury strategy. The scope includes liquidity efficiency FX risk management cashflow forecasting intercompany funding structures and leading a highperforming treasury team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Treasury Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Lead global cash management operations and optimize treasury policies.
Set up intercompany funding structures and manage banking relationships.
Ensure liquidity and optimize cost of capital for business growth.
Develop cashflow forecasting models and execute funding strategies.
Improve capital efficiency by balancing inflows vs. outflows (DPO vs. DSO).
Develop FX risk mitigation strategies and implement compliance controls.
Build and lead a highperforming treasury team with a strong performance culture.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
3 years of experience in Global Treasury or Group Treasurer role.
Experience in marketplaces fintech or crossborder businesses.
Expertise in financial modelling cash flow forecasting and risk assessment.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Experience with FX exposure strategies and transfer pricing models.
