Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to join our team at Kaushal Interiors Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supervising interior projects ensuring they meet our high standards and adhere to specified timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed design and drafting work to ensure accurate rendering of interior layouts.
- Experience with Microsoft Project for effective project planning scheduling and resource management in interior design projects.
- Competency in Revit to create three-dimensional models for visualization and analysis of design plans.
- Knowledge of Structural Analysis to assess the feasibility and design integrity of interior constructions.
- Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for integrating various aspects of a construction projects lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on all project sites.
- Expertise in Surveying Technology to accurately assess and document site conditions and measurements for planning purposes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members clients and contractors ensuring project alignment and success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects designers and subcontractors to facilitate project progression and solve on-site issues promptly.
- Supervise installation and construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications quality and budget requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and report any deviations or conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports and quality assurance checklists.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and resources ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery for project needs.
- Liaise with clients for project updates feedback and to ensure that their vision is represented throughout the stages.
- Manage and train site staff empowering them with the necessary tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency.
