The Opportunity:
Our partner is seeking a reliable Janitorial/Dealership Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a local automotive dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to providing a clean safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
The primary day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
Waste Management: Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners.
Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms including toilets sinks counters and floors and restocking supplies (toilet paper soap paper towels).
Surface Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down all desk tops counters window ledges and other surfaces.
Floor Care: Mopping hard-surface floors and vacuuming carpeted areas throughout the facilities.
Glass & Walls: Wiping down entry door glass and spot-cleaning walls to remove smudges and marks.
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience:
Preferred: 1 year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial work
Skills:
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques proper use of cleaning chemicals and operation of janitorial equipment (vacuum mop etc.)
Highly reliable with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Frequent bending stooping and standing for extended periods
