Join Pitney Bowes as a Workday Time & Absence Analyst
Years of experience: 4 6 years
Summary:
The Workday Time & Absence Analyst is responsible for the configuration maintenance and support of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This role ensures accurate time and leave data compliance with US & Canada labor regulations and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
Configure and maintain time tracking schedules time entry rules validations absence plans accruals and eligibility rules.
Partner with HR Payroll Benefits and Operations teams to support time and absence-related processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry approvals leave balances and system errors.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor and leave regulations in the United States & Canada.
Support system upgrades testing and deployment of new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for time and absence metrics audits and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
5 Years of Workday experience.
3 years of experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
Workday certifications in Time Tracking and Absence Management (preferred).
Experience with Workday Projects is a plus.
Strong functional understanding of HR Operations processes and data definitions.
Strong ability to listen carefully understand business needs and explain solutions clearly and simply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with US & Canada payroll processes and leave compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
