Join us as our new Quality Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our Quality Operations team in Hørsholm for a 12-month maternity cover.

Welcome to the team

You will join a team of three specialists serving our two sites in Lyngby and Hørsholm by providing quality support to a diverse range of stakeholders in all aspects of quality. The team is reporting to the Department Manager. The department comprises 30 quality employees overseeing a total of four sites.

In this role youll make an impact by:

Ensuring that processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards e.g. ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 FAMI-QS Halal and Kosher across key areas at the Hørsholm site including Inoculation Materia Pilot Plant Media Preparation Human Health Application Center and Maintenance.

Your key responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
Provide quality support and guidance to employees
Review and release processes and documentation
Manage deviations CAPA and Change Control
Write review and approve SOPs and forms
Support the Food Safety Team
Participate in audits and inspections - authorities customers product safety
Conduct internal audits
Support relevant projects

To succeed you must hold:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
Preferable knowledge and practical experience with:
GMP and ISO/FSSC 22000
Review and release processes
HACCP and food safety
Audits and inspections
Management of deviations CAPA and Change Control

On a personal level you have strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills you are pragmatic with a collaborative mindset. And finally you are fluent in English.
