About The Role

As Platform Lead youll coordinate delivery across squads and platforms ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals. Youll manage planning prioritisation and stakeholder engagement while fostering a high-performing inclusive team culture.

About the Sierra Platform

Sierra is an AI-powered customer service platform enabling natural voice interactions through Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS). It integrates with Genesys Cloud and existing bots to identify callers understand intent and handle requests end-to-end using APIs and large language models (LLMs). By automating routine interactions Sierra reduces wait times boosts self-service and ensures seamless handover to human agents when needed.

What Youll Do

• Maintain and manage platform roadmaps quarterly planning and delivery pipelines
• Coordinate squad-level plans into a unified platform delivery strategy
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs into actionable missions and objectives
• Monitor risks dependencies and delivery progress escalating where needed
• Support change initiatives and user engagement across the platform
• Communicate and embody Momentum mindsets to drive continuous improvement

What Youll Bring

• 5 years platform management experience across diverse domains
• Strong project management skills across PMBOK Agile and other frameworks
• Proven ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience managing delivery plans risks and interdependencies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive strategic outcomes
• Membership in professional bodies (e.g. AIPM AHRI) and relevant qualifications (desired)
