Job Summary

Wear required safety gear (PPE) at all times.

Edge delete glass per customers orders by adhering to coater schedule.

Ability to comprehend coater schedule.

Responsible for knowing the edge deletion specification and quality specifications for all customers.

Perform all pre- inspection equipment checks on both Edge Master 1 and Robo Edge prior to starting machines for production.

Responsible for starting up Robo Edge verifying machine is holding specification and packing glass properly before moving to Edge Master 1 and starting up this machine while Robo Edge is running.

100% inspection on each lite from Edge Master 1 is required and machine will only be allowed to be ran when the operator is present. When operator has to leave Edge Master 1 machine must be stopped.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Maintain equipment and area in tour ready condition.

Will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with supporting and promoting WXCGs Values by demonstrating good Team Work Integrity Positive Attitude and Safety.

Any reasonable duty as assigned
