Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Location: Fort Myers FL
Unit Schedule: Night Shift 14-week
contract Pay Rate: From $55/hour

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery for an exciting job in Fort Myers FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care throughout labor delivery and immediate postpartum phases
Monitor fetal well-being and manage high-risk obstetric cases
Administer medications and manage IV therapy
Assist with emergency interventions and cesarean deliveries
Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in Epic EMR
Float to sister campuses as needed and participate in on-call rotation (12 hours per 6-week period)

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Prior travel nursing experience required
Certifications: BLS ACLS NRP
Completion of AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (required)
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring and EFM certification (preferred)
Degree from an accredited nursing program (must be listed on profile) or 5 years of L&D experience
Ability to manage high-acuity patients and function as core staff
