This Position reports to:
Production ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid; New Berlin WI
This role is contributing to the Motion High Power (MOHP) System Drives (SD) Division in the United States.
Your role and responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
Executing daily plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
Monitoring schedule adherence identifying key root causes for deviation and taking follow-up improvement action.

Qualifications for the role
High School Diploma required Associates degree preferred
Progressive experience with scheduling within SAP (preferred).
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures.
Proactivity teamwork skills continuous improvement mindset result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
