What You Will Do:

Lead the quality assurance function for one or more product lines. Establish testing strategy maintain automation and CI/CD pipelines and ensure release readiness through measurable quality practices.

• Define and execute QA strategy standards and quality gates.

• Manage and develop a team of test engineers SDETs and QA analysts.

• Design implement and maintain test automation across unit integration API UI regression performance and security testing.

• Establish metrics and reporting for test coverage defect rate and release quality.

• Interface with client and prime leads providing regular status updates.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or additional FOUR (4) years relevant experience.

• Minimum Seven (7) years experience in software testing with TWO (2) years in a lead or managerial role.

• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.

• Familiarity with Agile development TDD or BDD and test management tools.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with performance and security testing cloud platforms or regulated environments.

• Experience working with Department of Veterans Affairs.

• Experience working with healthcare data and EHRs.

• Experience working with VA systems such as VistA MPI VA Profile etc.
