Job Summary
Your mission
Were excited to offer you a new opportunity to join our growing Talent Acquisition team focused on expanding our footprint across Southern and Southwest Europe. Curious what this role is about Lets take a look:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for roles across France Italy Spain and Portugal.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical and commercial roles.
- Represent Sungrows employer brand across multiple markets and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the global TA team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize Personio to manage candidate data workflows and reporting.
- Based in Madrid with flexibility for occasional travel across the region.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Your profile
- 7 years of experience in recruiting ideally with international scope.
- Proven success hiring across France Italy Spain and Portugal.
- Strong understanding of regional talent markets and cultural nuances.
- Experience with ATS systems; Personio knowledge is a plus.
- Languages: English and Spanish C1-C2; French or Italian at C1 level is a very strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for connecting people with purpose.
