Responsible for incoming material inspection ensuring that all materials entering the workshop meet the companys product requirements.
- Strictly and correctly implementing material inspection standards operation guidance and related work procedures effectively intercepting problematic materials.
- Record inspection results issue reports on quality issues provide feedback on quality problems discovered during incoming material inspection and push the incoming quality engineers to improve material quality.
- Continuously improve the material inspection plan with the incoming quality engineers.
- Special material inspection or analytical measurement work required for R&D projects product validation projects etc;
- Assist the procurement quality engineer in carrying out on-site inspections of key materials or key projects;
- Responsible for 5S management in the incoming inspection area daily management and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment gauges and inspection jig;
Other tasks assigned by department heads and quality department manager.
