Key Job Duties
- Drive the development of the lean production system and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Organize and execute the application of lean tools (such as VSMKaizen5SSMED) on the production floor.
- Analyze production processes identify bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to promote process standardization and automation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure improvement measures are implemented and sustained.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to management team summarizing improvement progress and results.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Management or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lean improvement; experience in large-scale enterprise projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean production tools and methodologies with strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive cross-department collaboration and strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Good project management skills ability to lead multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
- Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.
Additional information
The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
