Courtyard at Jamestown in Provo Utah offers independent living assisted living and award-winning memory care in a beautifully designed community. Located at 3352 N 100 East our campus features spacious senior apartmentsthe largest in Provoan urban backyard patio beauty salon library and gym. Residents enjoy chef-prepared all-day dining weekly excursions private transport 35-40 activities per week as well as medical services that include 24-hour supervision and medication management. Job Description
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our skilled nursing residents.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Determine residentprogram preferences talents and needs through resident feedback new resident orientation and communication with resident families.
- Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residentsto meet their social physical emotional and psychological needs.
- Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
Qualifications
- 2 years of activity programming experience.
- 1 years of leadership experience in senior living preferred.
- A love for seniors!
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Energetic engaging and caring personality
- Ability to connect with people
