Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Bronx (House Calls) or Manhattan (Nursing Homes)

Overview:
Join a large well-established multispecialty medical group serving patients across the five boroughs of NYC. We are seeking multiple Nurse Practitioners to provide compassionate care in either nursing homes or through house calls. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but all are welcome to apply including new graduates.

Clinical Role:

Provide primary care in nursing home or house call settings (your choice)

Serve diverse patient populations

House calls: client provides car service

Flexible schedule weekends only available if desired

Select a location that is commutable for you

Hours vary based on need and site location

EMR: eClinicalWorks

Requirements:

Active NY NP license (or eligibility)

New graduates encouraged to apply

Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
