Job Summary:
As an MRI Technologist youll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging ensuring patient comfort and safety while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Youll coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide clear timely imaging results that support quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively including GE scanners

• Prepare patients for scans and clearly explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding

• Insert IVs as needed for contrast studies

• Coordinate imaging results with physicians and maintain strict confidentiality

• Maintain a clean organized and safe scanning environment

• Provide compassionate patient care and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years MRI experience (required)

• BLS Certification (AHA only) (required)

• GE Scanner experience (required)

• Level 1 Trauma Center experience (preferred)

• ARRT or equivalent certification (highly desired; must be willing to obtain if not current)

• Valid NY License (required)
