Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $180000 to $220000 (dependent on experience)
- Relocation assistance: Up to $5000
- 4-day work week (Monday Thursday)
- CME: 1 week and $3500 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation sick time (accrued)
- 1011 paid holidays annually
- Full benefits: Medical dental vision
- 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3500
- DEA and license reimbursement
- NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
- Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
- Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
- 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
- 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits immunizations and acute care management
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions from newborns through young adults
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Educate patients and families on preventive care growth and development
- Mentor and support early-career providers if desired
- Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Strong commitment to community-based primary care
