Senior Business Data Governance Analyst

What youll do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements including process mapping source system analysis and source-to-target data mapping.

• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and IT for data solution implementation

• Implement data quality management initiatives by defining and developing data quality rules designing dashboards integrating with the business glossary and automating the end-to-end process.

• Create data visualizations using Power BI to explain data analysis recommendations

What youll need:

• 3 years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or a similar field.

• Bachelors Degree in related field required.

• Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

• Intermediate experience with RDBMS and query language such as T-SQL PL/SQL Spark SQLU. Experience using data profiling/wrangling tools like informatica (preferred) Collibra Alteryx.

• Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables along with 5 years experience with data analysis enterprise data warehouse and source to target mapping.

• Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear actionable way.

• Experience with predictive modeling statistical analysis or machine learning preferred.

• Experience in Agile SAFe and/or Scrum and experience working with data governance and integrating data quality catalog and lineage preferred.

• Certifications within Azure such as Azure Fundamentals preferred.
