Were looking for a Pricing Analyst who combines analytical rigor with commercial acumen to drive pricing excellence and profitable growth. Youll connect strategy with execution turning data market insight and business collaboration into smarter pricing decisions across the quote-to-cash process. Youll play a key role in shaping how we price compete and grow with the freedom to innovate collaborate and make a measurable impact.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies and pricing process that align with business goals and market dynamics.
- Business Development Enablement: Partner with sales marketing and finance to identify opportunities where pricing tools models and insights can drive market expansion and customer value.
- Operational Optimization: Align pricing strategies across quote to cash value stream collaborating with various departments to maximize efficiency profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Industrial Environment Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of industrial practices market trends and industry-specific factors to inform pricing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify pricing trends customer behavior patterns and market opportunities.
- Database Administration: Manage pricing-related data ensuring accuracy and interpreting pricing data for strategic decision-making and process enhancement.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar tools) to communicate insights and performance trends effectively.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics or related field.
- 3 years of experience demonstrating expertise in pricing business development database knowledge and operational optimization within an industrial setting.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven project management and collaboration skills.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Project management skills particularly in implementing new software and process improvements.
- Command of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
