Must-have Skills:
- Design build and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks MLflow and Azure Machine Learning.
- Develop scalable data workflows leveraging Delta Lake Spark Structured Streaming and distributed compute environments.
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning feature store integration automated testing CI/CD and monitoring.
- Deploy machine learning models to production using Azure ML AKS and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Optimize compute costs performance and reliability across cloud-native architectures in Azure.
- Collaborate with data engineering software development and DevOps teams to standardize ML infrastructure and deployment patterns.
- Ensure reproducibility and automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Git-based workflows.
- Apply ML lifecycle governance observability and responsible AI standards across projects.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
