Job Summary

Are you passionate about technical sales and building strong client relationships Join our team as a Service Sales Representative and play a key role in driving customer loyalty and business growth through our Service product portfolio.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Lead and manage client interactions within your designated area (Catalonia Valencia and Balearic Islands) to ensure customer loyalty through our Service products.

  • Increase sales volume and profitability of our Service portfolio.

  • Plan activities and set objectives within the Service Sales team.

  • Launch and promote sales campaigns for Service-related products.

  • Provide technical and commercial advice to clients across the designated region.

  • Collaborate on cross-selling initiatives with the new equipment sales team and other GEA technology sales teams.

  • Review and understand technical reports from the field team to facilitate effective client communication.

  • Participate in trade fairs promoting service equipment sales alongside new equipment sales.

  • Provide market feedback (competition trends etc.) to the service equipment sales management team.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical); Chemical or Electrical Engineering also considered. Electrical and/or industrial process knowledge is a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.

  • Strong customer orientation and goal-driven mindset.

  • Fluent in Spanish Catalan and English.

  • Knowledge of sales processes organizational methods and ERP tools.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Valid drivers license and availability to travel.
