In the dual-brand hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel two premium brands combine to form one employer! Do you love to spoil guests with culinary delights and give them a special stay Then start with us as a Club Lounge Agent Service Host (m/f/d) and become part of our F&B team in the exclusive Club Lounge.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assistance to our guests in the Club Lounge during breakfast snacks and evening service
- Preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to brand standards
- Ensuring cleanliness order and a welcoming ambience in the lounge
- Personal guest service with a focus on individual wishes and VIP support
- Close cooperation with kitchen stewarding and Club Lounge Guest Experience team
- Support of the Guest Experience Team if necessary e.g. in the event of sick or holiday replacements
Be able.
- Initial experience in the field of service or gastronomy ideally in the hotel industry
- Enjoyment of guest contact and high-quality service
- Team spirit reliability and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early/late shifts weekends)
