About the role
As Portfolio Leasing Manager youll lead the strategic management of TAFE NSWs property leasing portfolio overseeing leases licences agreements and related systems to maximise asset value and performance. You bring a strong technical foundation and hands-on leadership experience enabling you to build high-performing teams and foster a culture where people feel empowered to excel.
This role demands a deep understanding of legislative governance and commercial frameworks to ensure leasing activities are compliant and aligned with organisational goals. With a customer-first mindset and a sharp strategic lens youll drive both commercial and community-focused outcomes while providing expert advice that supports senior executives and long-term success.
There may be occasional travel as a part of this role.
