Job Summary
Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Cincinnati OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Pay Rate: $62$65/hr
Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CT Technologist for an exciting job in Cincinnati OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and verify identity
- Review patient history orders medications and allergies
- Explain procedures and address patient questions
- Position patients and perform scans per protocol
- Administer contrast media safely and document usage
- Reconcile medications to prevent interactions with contrast agents
- Assist with invasive procedures and support other imaging modalities
- Use radiation safety techniques and wear dosimeter appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and stock in assigned areas
- Monitor patients to prevent injury or falls
- Communicate professionally with patients staff and physicians
- Attend department meetings and contribute to workflow efficiency
Skills & Experience:
- Required:
- Knowledge of medical terminology sterile techniques and patient positioning
- Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related systems
- Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
Education & Certifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduate of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Required Certifications & Licensure:
- ARRT certification
- Ohio Radiographer License
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
