Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Montour Falls NY 14865
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 37.5 40 hours
Schedule: MondayFriday with every other weekend and holiday rotation
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in a long-term care or clinical setting. The RN will provide compassionate high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures. This role requires flexibility accountability and excellent clinical judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Document all care accurately and timely in patient records.
Collaborate with physicians allied health professionals and other nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control safety and quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality; excessive absences or tardiness may result in early termination of the assignment.
Requirements:
License: Active and unrestricted New York RN license required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (long-term care or acute care preferred).
Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled.
Shift Details:
Shift: Day (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)
Schedule: 5 shifts per week 8 hours per shift
Hours per Week: 37.5 40 hours
Duration: 13 weeks
