Job Title: ERCP Technician
Location: Plano TX
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift: Days 8 Hours (11:00 AM 7:30 PM Flexible; Alternating Weekends and Call Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERCP Technician for a short-term travel assignment in Plano TX. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) procedures ensuring efficient workflow and patient safety within a fast-paced endoscopy department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians during ERCP and EUS procedures.
Prepare maintain and operate endoscopy and fluoroscopy equipment.
Ensure all instruments are cleaned sterilized and maintained according to infection control protocols.
Monitor patient safety throughout procedures and assist with patient preparation and recovery.
Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to support optimal procedural outcomes.
Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Endoscopy/ERCP Technician.
Proven experience with ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is required.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques and GI lab operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Current BLS certification (from AHA or equivalent).
Schedule & Shift Details
Shift: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (8 hours)
Schedule: MondayFriday with alternating weekends
Call: Required rotation basis
Contract Length: 6 weeks
