Were currently seeking a Per Diem Caregiver to join our professional care team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Position Summary
The Per Diem HomeCare Caregiver provides non-medical in-home assistance and companionship to elderly clients. This role offers flexible scheduling making it ideal for compassionate caregivers looking to make a difference while maintaining a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming dressing and mobility support
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping laundry and household organization
Assist with medication reminders as directed by care plans
Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable)
Observe and report any changes in clients health or behavior to the Care Coordinator
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience (professional or family care accepted)
Compassionate dependable and patient demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow individualized care plans
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
CNA/HHA certification a plus but not required
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Per diem flexible shifts available (days evenings weekends and overnights)
