Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Prepare and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
Support patients in achieving individualized therapy goals.
Qualifications:
Current and valid COTA license in New Mexico.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and work collaboratively with the therapy team.
