Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in West Reading PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
Strong communication critical thinking and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare staff.
