Job Summary
Position Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Albuquerque NM
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: From $48/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inAlbuquerque NM.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Support department efficiency and workflow as needed.
Qualifications:
Current New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Strong communication critical thinking and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence.
