Role overview & responsibilities

Reporting to the Plant Manager the Maintenance Iis responsible for the general upkeep sanitation and cleaning and minor maintenance of facility.

• Cleans and maintains floors daily.
• Cleans and sanitizes all washroom facilities routinely.
• Empties waste baskets throughout the building.
• Vacuums sweeps and dust offices.
• Maintains outside grounds and removes litter.
• May assist with moving of equipment and or office furniture.
• Assists with snow and ice removal when needed.
• Complete job-related checklists and forms.
• Monitor pest control devices.
• Reporting relationships work assignments and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.
• Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.

What youll need

• No prior experience necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
