We are seeking a SENCO to join an inspirational and inclusive school in Salisbury. This full-time permanent leadership position offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact by developing and overseeing the schools SEND strategy ensuring all students thrive academically and personally.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete qualification
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusion strategies
Proven ability to lead manage and inspire others
Excellent communication and organisational skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Legal right to work in the UK
