Job Summary

As a Mid-Level Systems Engineer youll manage optimize and develop our IT infrastructure with a high degree of autonomy. Youll work on Windows server environments virtualization and identity management while contributing to security automation and documentation. Youll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives

Your Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Windows Servers
Manage user accounts access rights and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID
Monitor maintain and resolve complex incidents across servers storage backups and networks
Implement and manage virtualized environments (VMware)
Automate administrative tasks via PowerShell scripting
Participate in the configuration and management of M365 Intune and SCCM
Support implementation of security and compliance policies (GDPR ISO27001 NIS2)
Draft and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Contribute to infrastructure development and migration projects acting as a technical coordinator
Propose and implement improvements for performance scalability and security
Your Profile
35 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong expertise in Windows Server VMware and Active Directory
Hands-on experience with M365 Intune SCCM and PowerShell
Familiarity with information security standards and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Team player with mentoring capabilities and a proactive mindset
Analytical structured and solution-oriented
