The company is backed by experienced founders and leading venture investors and is building a modern operating platform for care navigation and support. With rapid growth underway they are seeking a hands-on operational leader who can help strengthen the foundation of the business while supporting exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems and processes from the ground up. You will work across core operational functions including credentialing payer contracting provider onboarding and day-to-day workflows that maintain service quality and support organizational scale. This role is not a managerial position it is execution-oriented and requires comfort working directly in the workstreams.
Responsibilities
Build and execute operational processes to support patient experience and scale
Manage credentialing payer contracting and provider onboarding workflows
Support daily clinical and administrative operations while maintaining service excellence
Ensure quality and clinical outcomes processes are in place and continuously improved
Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable systems and infrastructure
Join the team onsite in San Francisco approximately three times per month
Qualifications
Seven or more years of operations experience with healthcare exposure required
Experience improving clinical outcomes or supporting clinical quality programs
Prior work in early-stage startup environments building operations from zero to one
Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
Understanding of health plans and healthcare system structures
Strong execution skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
