Location: Greenfield IN 46140
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $34 - $38/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available: 12-hour Shifts

About the Role:
Provide high-quality critical care nursing for adult ICU patients. You will manage complex unstable conditions and work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver safe timely care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous hemodynamic monitoring.
- Manage ventilators advanced airways and oxygen therapy.
- Titrate vasoactive drips (e.g. pressors sedatives insulin) per protocol/orders.
- Interpret ECG/telemetry and respond to changes in patient status.
- Prepare and assist with bedside procedures (central lines arterial lines intubation).
- Administer meds blood products and IV therapies; maintain accurate documentation (EHR).
- Implement and update individualized care plans; educate patients/families.
- Participate in rapid response and codes; follow sepsis and stroke bundles.
- Ensure infection control restraint safety and fall prevention.
- Collaborate with MDs RT pharmacy PT/OT case management for safe transitions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1 year ICU or critical care experience .
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
