Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care and treatment to adult patients with neurological and medical-surgical this role you will assess plan implement and evaluate patient care while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to each patients health or situation.
Perform clinical assessments and manage treatments autonomously while collaborating with the care team.
Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate diagnoses or nursing issues.
Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Advocate for patients rights safety and well-being as a key member of the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure efficient use of time equipment and supplies to deliver high-quality care.
Provide education to patients and families regarding medications procedures and treatments.
Offer emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout hospitalization.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
Licensure:
- Current RN license (Compact License holders must apply for FL license).
- If less than 3 years of RN experience and not licensed in FL must take and pass the NCLEX in Florida.
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
