- Shift: 12 hr Days and Nights
- Job Type: Permanent
- Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
- Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Trauma Step-Down/PCU team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of acute care experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the Trauma Step-Down / PCU unit.
- Monitor assess and document patient conditions reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans medications and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license in Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required.
- Must have 1 year of RN experience preferability in the hospital setting but is open to LTACH HOME HEALTH REHAB
- Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
