Job Summary (Respiratory Therapist)
- Provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services under practitioner direction and department supervision in a 25-bed Critical Access hospital.
- Deliver age-appropriate respiratory care to a diverse patient population following hospital policies procedures and AARC standards of practice.
- Demonstrate knowledge skill professionalism and effective communication when interacting with patients peers and the healthcare team.
- Ensure high quality patient-centered holistic care with compassion empathy and integrity.
- Maintain compliance with evidence-based respiratory care practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate and work effectively in both independent and team-oriented settings.
- Utilize computer applications and demonstrate willingness to learn new software relevant to respiratory therapy.
- Maintain required certifications and licensure (ACLS BLS NBRC NRP PALS NH State License).
- Participate in a workplace culture that values ownership collaboration accountability flexibility and excellent service.
- No on-call schedule required; operate within a facility offering 24-hour respiratory coverage.

- New graduates considered; five years of clinical experience preferred.
