Job Summary

Position: Spanish Speaking - SAP SuccesFactor Analyst

Location: Pan India Location Hybrid Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 5 Years Relevant in SAP & SuccessFactors

MUST Have Mandatory skills (non-negotiable)

Should be proficient in Spanish Language - Level: C1

Should have minimum 5 Years relevant in SAP SuccessFactors including support & Implementation.

Should have experience with SAP HR/HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Onboarding Offboarding modules.

Must have prior experience with support & enhancement project

Required

Experience in functional HR support for applications based on SAP and SuccessFactors technology (modules: Employee Central Offboarding Onboarding Performance & Goals Recruiting).

Minimum Spanish level: C1; minimum English level: C1.

Job Description

1. Incident and Request Management

Receive log and follow up on tickets related to HR applications
Resolve first- and second-level technical and functional issues.
Escalate complex cases to technical team.

2. Functional Support

Assist users with business processes Validate data and perform functional configurations within the systems.
Help interpret system errors and messages.

3. Documentation and Knowledge Management

Maintain a knowledge base with solutions to common issues.
Create user manuals quick guides and operational procedures.

4. Communication and Coordination

Maintain constant interaction with end users technical teams HR and vendors.
Coordinate with the rest of the team.
Participate in follow-up meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Monitoring and Reporting

Track support KPIs (resolution times ticket volume and user satisfaction).
Generate periodic reports for HR and IT.
Identify trends and propose improvements.

6. Change and Update Management

Support functional testing (UAT) of new versions or enhancements.
Validate changes in test environments before moving to production.
Communicate relevant changes to users.
