_{We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team in Robbinsdale MN. This role supports efficient patient flow and assists providers in delivering care across a wide range of age groups-from infants to geriatrics. The CMA focuses on collaborative delegated clinical and administrative tasks as defined by the Blaze Health Medical Assistant scope of practice.}

_{Perform standard rooming procedures}
_{Administer immunizations injections and medications as directed}
_{Collect laboratory specimens}
_{Perform clinic-based lab tests and phlebotomy duties}
_{Support x-ray procedures (if x-ray certified or willing to certify)}
_{Assist with prescription refills and telephone communication with patients}
_{Serve as liaison between patients and providers}
_{Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR}

_{Administrative & Compliance:}

_{Maintain skill proficiency and complete required competencies}
_{Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations}
_{Report compliance concerns via established protocols}
_{Participate in quality and regulatory processes}

_{Required Qualifications:}

_Education:

_{High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Required}
_{Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Required}
_{Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required}
_{Passed x-ray operator exam or willingness to complete if required by clinic}

_Experience:

_{Previous experience in a clinical setting Required}

_{Certifications:}

_{Current BLS Certification Required}

_{Skills & Abilities:}
