Job Summary:
The Software Test Analyst 5 will provide daily support for the Child Care Data Systems (CCDS) application including Salesforce-related services testing analysis and implementation. The CCDS application is utilized by the Office of Childhood (OOC) within the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as well as by parents and providers. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
The Software Test Analyst 5 will provide daily support for the Child Care Data Systems (CCDS) application including Salesforce-related services testing analysis and implementation. The CCDS application is utilized by the Office of Childhood (OOC) within the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) as well as by parents and providers. Responsibilities:
- Providing daily support for the Child Care Data Systems (CCDS) application.
- Performing testing analysis and implementation tasks.
- Providing Salesforce-related services.
- Leading testing teams on large-scale IT project implementations.
- Implementing testing automation and analyzing test cases.
- Providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services.
- Providing daily support for the Child Care Data Systems (CCDS) application.
- Performing testing analysis and implementation tasks.
- Providing Salesforce-related services.
- Leading testing teams on large-scale IT project implementations.
- Implementing testing automation and analyzing test cases.
- Providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 7 years of experience leading testing teams on large-scale IT project implementation at a State Government or equivalent level.
- 5 years of experience implementing testing automation and analyzing test cases.
- 3 years of experience with implementation and testing in Salesforce.
- 3 years of experience providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services to a US state government agency.
- 7 years of experience leading testing teams on large-scale IT project implementation at a State Government or equivalent level.
- 5 years of experience implementing testing automation and analyzing test cases.
- 3 years of experience with implementation and testing in Salesforce.
- 3 years of experience providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services to a US state government agency.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 2 years of experience working with a Missouri State Government Agency.
- Knowledge of childcare or education data systems (especially helpful for DESE).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in government or public sector environments.
- ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level or Advanced Level).
- Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP).
- Certified Agile Tester (CAT).
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or DevOps Engineer Expert.
- 2 years of experience working with a Missouri State Government Agency.
- Knowledge of childcare or education data systems (especially helpful for DESE).
