This position is for a Charge Registered Nurse in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) responsible for providing skilled nursing care to Level 3 or 4 NICU patients. The role includes charge nurse duties delivery/resuscitation responsibilities and potential floating between units based on unit needs. On-call and weekend work are required and a personal vehicle is necessary for the assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to Level 3 or 4 NICU patients.
- Perform charge nurse duties including patient assignments and resource management.
- Participate in delivery and resuscitation procedures.
- Float between units based on unit needs.
- Respond to on-call requests as needed.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Provide skilled nursing care to Level 3 or 4 NICU patients.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Level 3 or 4 NICU skills.
- NICU Charge RN experience.
- Delivery/Resuscitation experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
