Job Title: ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Location: Evendale OH (On-site) Duration: 1 Year (Initial Term Full-Time Contract 40 Hours/Week) Trilyon Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator you will play a critical role in managing enhancing and supporting multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate with architects business analysts developers and stakeholders to design implement and support complex workflows integrations and platform functionalities. The ServiceNow Developer and Administrator will be responsible for configuring developing and maintaining ServiceNow modules ensuring optimal performance stability and security. This position demands strong analytical skills hands-on technical expertise and a deep understanding of ServiceNow administration and customization. Key Responsibilities: Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform including implementing changes enhancements and integrations. Provision install configure operate and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring optimal uptime and performance. Perform routine system monitoring (daily weekly monthly) to verify the integrity and availability of applications. Collaborate with platform and delivery teams to execute ServiceNow upgrades patch management and system enhancements. Create and maintain ServiceNow dashboards custom reports and analytics to support business intelligence. Support both production and non-production environments assisting in troubleshooting and issue resolution. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and demos. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for administrative tasks technical solutions and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with the ServiceNow Operations team to track incidents resolve platform issues and ensure SLA compliance. Provide mentorship code reviews and support to junior ServiceNow administrators and developers. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Knowledge Service Catalog ITOM/CMDB). Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification is required (verification via ServiceNow Partner Portal). Proficiency in JavaScript UI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts and ServiceNow Flow Designer. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM and/or APM. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 framework. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP MID Server). Strong understanding of FedRamp environments and security compliance.
